Requirements of supplementary agreement:

1. Blank material: Shanghai Huaxinlihua. Original certificate of material shall be available.
2. The average wall thickness of the seamless stainless steel tube shall be controlled within 5.1mm.
3. The packing shall ensure there will be no defects like cracks, scratches, dents, scales and etc on the inner or outer surface of the tubes.
4. The delivery of the products could only be arranged after passing the third party inspection of MOODY.
