As the key technical improvement project of Hongsheng Special Steel in 2012, the gas-fired automatic solid-solution treatment furnace for stainless steel with the total length of 20 meters has been officially put into operation on March 2. As a standard energy-saving cycle type operation furnace, the annealing furnace of the furnace has applied the PID zero triggering temperature controller to adjust the power and temperature within the furnace. Moreover, the furnace has the feature of over temperature alarming.

With length of 20 meters, the solid-solution furnace has continuous type roller hearth structure which consisting of feeding table, roller hearth furnace, discharging table and driving system. Several cross direction parts have been designed on the feeding table, discharging table and roller hearth furnace. The constant forward moving of these cross direction parts has ensure the even heating of the work pieces with no injuries and less deformation. Meanwhile, the carrier roller within the furnace will keep rotating within the roller hearth furnace, which has efficiently controlled the thermal loss within furnace, improved the thermal efficiency within the furnace, reduced the labor intensity and improved the working efficiency. Moreover, the several temperature controllers within the furnace has largely improved the temperature measurement precision within the furnace, increased the temperature control accuracy and reduced the energy consumption. On the aspect of fuel application, the furnace has adapted the clean and environmental friendly fuel gas instead of the traditional coal. The fuel gas application has promoted the working progress of the company in the optimization of energy structure and the energy-saving of the Company. Moreover, the application of fuel gas has also injected new vitality to the sustainable development of the Company.
